This session is meant to soothe the
Amygdala and Hypothalamus, which
are involved in vasoconstriction, fear
and the fight-or-flight response. By
calming these structures, blood
pressure should decrease, muscles
should relax, sweating should
decrease and your extremities
(hands and feet) should warm up.
